I Want... also... the zen cart hit counter also includes search engine spiders and all RSS feeds that come thru your site.
I you sign up for google analytics... you'd really be able to see visits vs. hits a lot better. Sometimes, I get 1,000 hits on my site in a day but maybe only 10-20 ACTUAL visits from shoppers. VERY big difference. Site Meter is the same thing, low visits... BUT if you go into my zen cart admin and look at the hit counter... it'll register a lot more.
I reset my site meter and zen cart counters at the same time... over two weeks my zen cart counter was almost 10k hits... site meter barely broke 500...Â
Hiya Platz, Thanks for the great info. My sitemeter shows about 110 visits per day. I'll check in to the google counter.
In the end, I guess all that matters is that the sales are steadily rising. :turkey1:

Thats great!! My sales are dead... but eBay has been dead and my etsy store too... so it's kinda all over for me...
I reread my above post and just wanted to add that Site Meter doesn't count spiders and RSS feeds... only actual visitors... I wasn't sure I was clear on that note...Â
Have a safe and happy holiday all my little TT buds!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Good morning
This is a very good day. Our grandson spent the night with us. He is a joy!! It is sunny here in VA. Some family is coming over for a cookout later in the day. FH and I are chilling. I remember a Veterans Day / Memorial Day back in 1969 when I was in the military. I was in between duties. My unit was marching in a parade in Chicago, Ill. On a point in the parade some people started throwing junk at us and yelling some hurtful comments at us. I was 21 and confused as to why this was being done. At that time I had been in for three years and stayed in for another five and a half years. We were serving our country doing what we were asked to do. During that time in our countryÂ’s history some ran, some hid, most of us served.
I’m telling you this to point out that no matter what you may think about our country’s current stand please do not look down on the military. Hate the policy, love the policy or have no feelings about it but support the troops. When I am out and see a military person in uniform I try telling them “Thank You” for what you do. A thank you is a lot better than a FU like my generation of military received.
Enough of that subject. Sorry to get off topic but felt this needed saying especially today.

HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY!!
May we take a moment to reflect on what this day really is about. We enjoy our barbeques and our families but thousands of families (and more each day) have given the greatest sacrifice so that we may continue to enjoy our freedoms.
Thank you to the troops that lay their lives in danger each day... thank you to the families of those brave men and women and thank you to those men and women that have already given their lives or a portion of their lives for our country! Thanks TPG!!!Â
It would seem that WP's most infamous supporter DeepRiverMan/Bojanges/Ozarkman/[insert his 1000 other IDs here] has abandoned the sinking WagglePop ship and is now urging people to
"stampede to eBid".
Latest DRM sighting, using his 99th ID on PSU (the others are banned):
skillet Wrote:yes, ebid seems to be really taking off.. and should get the bulk of the yahoo listings and has a good understanding feedback..
other sites can be used such as free blujay and ecrater... both feed to google the best a site can .. a TIE with these 2... BUT blujay seems to be more buyer friendly and will get the most repeat and word of mouth buyers..
ecrater is doing good temp with them being a google checkout PARTNER store.. BUT has a terrible feedback system in place...BUT is that wise for the future?? being a google checkout partner???Will that soon hurt sales from paypal or yahoo people in the future?
Two weeks ago he was urging people to
"stampede to yahoo search"
skillet Wrote:Now with this... people will be able to stay on their porches more and use the internet...... also people laying in hammocks... also people going camping....people laying in bed watching a good movie will use this as their internet...
also people in a car.. all people in the car other than the driver will also use this as their internet.... and ONCE they use this... that then makes them use their big home computer alot less....
and for the needs of sellers.... THE very ONES that use this will be the BUYERS with money and not much time.. people who have alot of time and not much money do not shop online anyway...these people has time to go to brick and mortar stores with what money they do have....
the future for sellers seems to be with yahoo bringing them the buyers!!!
