Quote:Much of the rest of this thread is BS. I doubt that I'll bother trying to discuss anything here again because this does not seem to be a place where reality can be discussed. This seems to be a place where peoples' minds are made up and set in stone, and there's no room whatsoever for the real truth.
This quote is from Powerseller....
Reality is discussed here on a daily basis. I didn't asked to be treated liked dirt or censored when I asked honest business questions on WP. I wanted honest real answers and got lots of evasive and odd answers.Â
Angelsong, if you are soooooo happy at WP then stay there, sell there and ask questions when you have them. When your questions get deleted, you start to feel the hair on the back of your neck stand up and you realize that all is not what it seems..come back and you will be welcomed cause we all understand.
I guess she won't be back to answer me.

Wagglepop stores page annoyances:
Quote:Seller Store 1 Items
Annoying red font, annoying red font, annoying different font sizes, annoying use of bolt type in store descriptions
The stores page would look
a little a friggin' lot more professional if WP would get rid of that crap.

The E-G "Fall and Rise of Wagglepop" article was a flop for WP: Alexa isn't showing any traffic boost, and store counts are falling. I hope that wasn't their promised advertising campaign.

We The People is designed to give membership a direct "input" into many of the decisions that must be made concerning a variety of site elements and policies moving forward, but the results of that input will only be used as a gauge to measure a specific consideration.
As an example, if we as a company make a decision that we think should have some additional input before implementation, we will ask for membership thoughts through an official We The People poll.
The results of that poll will help us to make the final decision, but not make it entirely.
It's about the "process of participation" rather than a participatory election or vote with direct correlation to the final action.
"We the People" is a repeat of WP1 Ray asking for input at the FAS forums and then doing whatever he wanted

That sounds like our government, we are told it is a democracy, but the powers that be don't listen to the people.
In other words pay lip service to the masses, and let them believe they have a voice, but at the end of the day Ray and Bush will do what they want to no matter what.
At least some of the other small sites do listen to their sellers and actually implement some of their ideas.
