Ah, oh! A popper got a pink slap for spamming on MySpace. Naughty, naughty!
Popper complaint:
It seems that the people at MySpace have deleted the WagglePop Myspace page and are not responding to my inquiries asking why.
All the hours of work and all the links to stores and logos are gone.
Can someone on WP send these people a message asking why the page was deleted? Maybe someone else can get through.
The "contact" link is on the bottom of the MySpace login page
ThanksÂ
Popper response:
"My guess would be they got you for violating their terms of use -- section 5 says, in part:
Non-commercial Use by Members. The MySpace Services are for the
personal use of Members only and may not be used in connection with
any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or
approved by MySpace.com. ... Commercial advertisements, affiliate
links, and other forms of solicitation may be removed from Member
profiles without notice and may result in termination of Membership
privileges. Appropriate legal action will be taken for any illegal or
unauthorized use of the MySpace Services."
FYI: This violating Popper is a major cheerleader who specializes in religious books (mostly Christian), although you'd never know it by his store description. Being a member since July, he has 13 FB's, the most recent of which is nearly 2 months old already. Four of the 13 came from a FB swap with our dear friend, photographer Scott Vulgar, who was spamming MySpace in an effort to get himself voted in as Best Photography/Art on My Space before MySpace discovered "improprieties" in his campaign and kicked him out of the running. Mr. Vulgar, a self-proclaimed artistic genious and devoit cheerleader with a reputation for being one of the rudist boinktards on the WP boards, purchased a book from our violator for 99 cents entitled "The Complete Idiot's Guide to Photography."
